Am thankful not just because they helped us to set the process right, the records right and be our pillar of support BUT also for explaining so patiently to all of us of the concepts, the process, the methodology, the rai·son d'être, for handholding us day in and day out, explain answers to questions looking back, some of which were so mundane! We started our thought process of applying for NABH and do a self audit some 5 months back.
